DOES YOUR SOUL NEED RESTORATION?

It's interesting how the main thing that brings our souls restoration is often the thing we resist the most. Psalm 23 says, "He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul." Yet, we have become a people addicted to noise. In fact, we might even resist being quiet. Sitting in quiet. Yet, could it be that the very thing we are resisting is what our hearts need most?
